This series of furniture is specially designed for the live music venue Doornroosje in Nijmegen. The pieces are inspired by the backstage feeling of a band on tour, going from venue to venue to play their music. These pieces contribute to the rock-'n-roll atmosphere Doornroosje wants to create in their new building. Because the furniture still has the flightcase functionality, the interior is very flexible.

Jaap - Workspace
Jaap is a four-persons desk. It creates a great working environment. It invites collaboration and is an eye-catcher in a modern and flexible office space. The design is industrial with a soft touch.
The table is made out of four pieces of birch plywood (24 mm) and is assemble with four ribs, quick and easy. The tops are covered with linoleum furniture from Forbo. Between the tabletops is a space that can be use as storage. for example as a cable tray. As the tray/gap is closed it transforms in to a conference table.
